How We’ll Work Together to Create Lasting Change

My coaching is completely customized to fit your lifestyle and goals. This premier package offers one-on-one attention and is designed for ladies who are committed to putting in the required effort to achieve lasting results.

Step 01: Apply

Get things started by completing a few brief questions and scheduling your free discovery call. We’ll talk about your goals and how I can help you achieve them. If we decide my program is a good fit for you, you’ll be invited to join.

Step 02: Initial Assessment

This comprehensive session will allow me to get to know you. We’ll discuss your health and diet history, motivation, lifestyle and more. We’ll work together to develop the best plan to help you reach your goals.

Step 03: Ongoing Support

In the follow-up sessions we’ll assess your progress, address challenges that may arise and fine-tune your nutrition plan as needed. I will provide support and hold you accountable as you work toward your goals.

My Nutrition Philosophy

As a registered dietitian, I strongly oppose fad diets and food restriction. I believe in a realistic and sustainable approach, based on scientific evidence.

I know what it takes to lose weight and keep it off because I’ve had my own long term success with weight loss.

After trying so many different diets and gaining all the weight plus more, I wanted
a change and found Dionne. I wanted to learn and understand my body and what kind of food I was able to eat to keep the weight off and learn. She has been able to teach me labels, what products are good for me and learn myth from facts. The results and the learning process has been the best. it’s not how fast you can take it off, it’s learning how to keep it off.

Triglycerides and blood sugar are down! I can’t thank you enough for your help and
guidance to get these numbers lower. Triglycerides went from 403 last time to 311
this time. Blood sugar (A1c) is sitting at 6.0 down from 6.4 six months ago. Doctor recommends continuing diet and exercise routine. No need for meds at this time.
